Welcome to the Valley of Guardians! This is our shared sanctuary—a space to connect, learn, grow, and inspire one another on the Pi9 journey. It is up to all of us to keep this community safe, supportive, and positive. To ensure we are all aligned, here are the foundational rules for our community.
1. Be Kind and Respectful.
Always. We have a zero-tolerance policy for negativity, bullying, drama, or toxic energy. Encourage and support your fellow members. Treat everyone with love and acceptance, even when you disagree. Spirited debate about ideas is welcome; personal attacks are not. If you cannot be kind, be quiet. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the community without a refund.
2. This is a Sanctuary, Not a Marketplace.
Our community is for learning and connection, not for turning other members into your customers. You are strictly prohibited from offering your services, selling your products or programs, recruiting members for other groups, or posting affiliate links. This is a pitch-free and solicitation-free environment.
3. Honor Confidentiality.
This is a space for deep personal exploration. What is shared in the group, stays in the group. Do not share or discuss any personal stories, experiences, or information shared by other members outside of this community. Respecting privacy is paramount to creating a safe space for vulnerability and growth.
4. Give More Than You Take.
A thriving community is built on generosity. We encourage you to share your insights, support, and encouragement more than you ask for help. A good guideline is to give at least three times more than you ask.
5. Respect Intellectual Property.
Do not copy, steal, or share another member's content without their explicit permission. Likewise, all content related to the Pi9 Program and the Enneagram Matrix® is the proprietary intellectual property of the Company and may not be shared or repurposed outside of the community.
6. Do Your Due Diligence
If you choose to form any personal or professional relationship with someone you meet through the Valley of Guardians, you do so at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any outcome of relationships formed between members.
