These AI Terms of Use (the "AI Terms") apply when you access and use any generative artificial intelligence features, products, or tools made available through our Services, including the AI Copilots (collectively, “AI Services”).
These AI Terms are incorporated by reference into our main Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these AI Terms and the Terms of Service, these AI Terms shall prevail solely with respect to your use of the AI Services.
Your use of the AI Services is subject to all rules in our Terms of Service. In addition, you agree that you will not use the AI Services to:
(a) Generate or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or that infringes upon the rights of others.
(b) Deceive or mislead others, such as through the generation of misinformation or for phishing or scams.
(c) Attempt to override or circumvent any safety filters, controls, or mechanisms.
(d) Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the AI Services or their underlying technology.
(e) Build a competitive product or service using our AI Services.
We reserve the right to investigate any violation of these terms and may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Services in our sole discretion.
(a) Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the development, content, and use of any text, documents, or other information you provide to the AI Services ("Inputs"). Your Inputs are considered "User Content" as defined in our Terms of Service.
(b) AI-Generated Content: The AI Services will generate and return a response based on your Inputs ("Outputs"). You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be unique and the AI Services may generate the same or similar responses for other users.
Our AI Services may be powered by technology from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic). Your use of the AI Services is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of these providers.
Your interaction with the AI Services, including your Inputs, is subject to our Privacy Policy. As detailed in the Privacy Policy, your Inputs and program-related data are used to provide and personalize your coaching experience. Please do not share any sensitive personal information that is not directly relevant to the coaching process as outlined in our Terms of Service.
This is a critical section. By using the AI Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a) AI is Not a Human or a Therapist: The AI Services are a tool for personal development and educational exploration. They are not a substitute for professional advice. The Outputs provided do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on Outputs for any important life decisions without independently consulting a qualified professional
(b) No Guarantee of Accuracy: Outputs may contain material inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. The technology is experimental and may sometimes produce incorrect or offensive content that does not represent the views of the Company. You are responsible for critically evaluating and fact-checking any information you receive from the AI Services.
(c) "AS IS" SERVICE: YOUR USE OF THE AI SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE AI SERVICES AND ANY OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
